We purchased 6 of these American Drew chairs for the dining table my husband made. Our associate, Elizabeth Pope, was awesome. Purchasing furniture during a pandemic is definitely not easy. Elizabeth kept in touch with us on a regular basis and was always available with updates and questions we may have had.Sooooo worth the wait!!! Two of the nicest gentlemen delivered our chairs and we are thrilled. They look perfect!!Thank you Gibson Furniture, and thank you Elizabeth Pope!! This is absolutely the place to go for your furniture needs.And on top of the great customer service and FREE delivery/set-up; the cost was 25% less than La-Z-Boy and Havertys!

We saved over $800 in total by going with Gibson instead of a local wholesale retailer showroom. We were able to order exactly what we wanted, and they didn't even charge us for shipping. They told us 6-8 weeks on the delivery and it was delivered in 4. Extremely happy with our experience and will definitely be buying from Gibson again.

Outstanding customer service, great selection of furniture and good prices. Karissa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Never once did she try and push a sale or encourage us to buy something we didn’t want. A true pleasure to work with. We have been there twice in the past two years and have been completely satisfied with their customer Service and quality. We have purchased 3 bedroom set and a dinette set from them and will be going back again for a new living room set in the near future. If you are in the market for new furniture definitely give Gibson furniture a try. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

We made the drive up from Atlanta after checking out some pieces on their site and asking a few questions. Marie was generous with her time and helped answer lots of questions, some of which were difficult and design-related. We ended up getting some really nice items at great prices. Overall it was a great experience.
